TEEN WOLF NEWS: The Countdown Begins with Spoilers Galore

Entertainment News Comments Off on TEEN WOLF NEWS: The Countdown Begins with Spoilers Galore

After last season’s lukewarm reception from fans it seems like MTV are keen to amp up the drama in the new season and get Wolfies’ blood up again.

With new, mystery characters on the horizon and a teaser that has Wolfies ‘losing their minds’ already by hinting at a very dark story arc this season, fans should be prepared for anything when the show returns next year.

ET Online have already seen season 3B’s premiere, Anchors, and by all accounts it’s a doozy.

“Straight up, the 7-minute cold open is Teen Wolf at its cinematic finest,” writes ET’s Jarett Wieselman.

Key points Wiselman shares from the episode include:

* A sweaty, bed bound Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O’Brien) opens the episode and we’re plunged straight into his waking nightmares.

* Like Stiles, Allison (Crystal Reed) and Scott (Tyler Posey) face their own worst nightmares.

* Papa Stilinski (Linden Ashby) and Papa McCall (Matthew Del Negro), officers of the law, will go head to head – with Sheriff Stilinski looking into some cold cases that may have had supernatural origins.

* The love-triangle-that-isn’t between Scott, Allison, and beta wolf Isaac (Daniel Sharman), sizzles rather than fizzles and puts extra strain on Scott.
* Danny (Keahu Kahuanui), Ethan and Aiden (Max and Charlie Carver) are absent from the premiere, but something happens near the end of the episode that will have fans of former alpha Derek Hale, played by Tyler Hoechlin, howling for joy.
Oh, and last but not least, Wieselman warns fans to, ” prepare for first-time shirtlessness from one of the year’s most important characters”.

There is really only one candidates left on the show for that honor – Just how sweaty will Stiles get in that opening scene?
