It’s no secret people today are frustrated with the mainstream film industry; too much CGI, not enough plot, too many sequels and remakes. While there are, of course, exceptions to that rule, many have turned to the independent film community for stories with depth, substance and heart. Films that reflect the human condition at its most core level, with little distraction from that aim. As a community of artists, and supporters of art, it remains essential that we do what we can to foster the continued growth of the independent industry, whether it’s through our financial support or simply by bringing a stronger light to worthy projects.

Synopsis:
When a young boy named Adam witnesses a traumatic event on his 10th birthday his life takes an unexpectured turn. As a teen he meets a girl named Alice, falls in love, and enters a world of Sex, Drugs and Violence. “Who knew growing up would be so hard.”
