San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H to Hold Halloween and Glass Panels

Entertainment News Comments Off on San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H to Hold Halloween and Glass Panels

San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H is getting an extra dose of thrills this year now that Halloween and Glass are hosting panels at SDCC.

Night Shyamalan’s Glass is a follow up to both the 2016 thriller, Split as well as 2000’s Unbreakable (side note: Unbreakable is an incredible movie that was created a few years too early, given the popularity and acceptance of comic book/superhero movies currently) and is set to star Bruce Willis reprising his role as David Dunn who is hunting down James McAvoy’s character from Split. Mr. Glass, played by Samuel L. Jackson will also appear in the film.

As we discussed in our recent article, Halloween is a bit of a surprise to horror fans because it is wiping the slate clean of any other sequels to the original Halloween film. Taking place 40 years after the original, Halloween will follow the story of Michael Myers after he breaks out of the prison that has been holding him the past four decades, and how Jamie Lee Curtis’ character responds after finding out he has escaped.

Panelists haven’t been confirmed yet, but it’s pretty safe to say both Shyamalan and Curtis will be on hand for their respective panels, as both are SDCC veterans. Hopefully we will not only get a solid set of cast members in attendance, but some worthwhile sneak peeks that will help hold us over until later this year for Halloween and early next year for Glass.
