Last night at the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards, the Hollywood Foreign Press honored actress Jessica Lange for her work on the groundbreaking FX drama, American Horror Story. Recently under harsh criticism from fans after his announcement that “every season of the show will be a different haunting”, series co-creator Ryan Murphy was praised by Lange as “brilliant” and “one of the most imaginative people working in television today.”
She then went on to say she is one of the “two or three” original cast members to be considering a brand new role in the second season. She was unable to comment on who else may or may not be joining her, although Murphy has confirmed the two season one leads, played by Dyan McDermott and Connie Britton, will not be among the returning cast.
